The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. so please plan to arrive by 6:15 p.m. at the latest, to ensure you are parked, inside and seated before the processionals.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET FROM THE CEREMONY TO THE RECEPTION?
It's about 20 minutes from the church to the reception venue.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The wedding will be indoors, and the reception venue is mainly indoors with a few outside spaces.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE EVENING?
The dress code is semi-formal, which means suits for the gentlemen and nice cocktail attire for the ladies. We have no specific colors to wear, but we do ask you to refrain from wearing clothes that appear mainly a white tone, as well as casual clothes including jeans, shorts, flip flops, etc.
Those serving in the military are free to wear their dress uniforms or traditional formal clothes, the groom will be wearing a suit.
WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AT THE RECEPTION?
If you have any sort of dietary restriction (allergy, intolerance, etc.) you can reach out to us closer to the wedding [we do not currently have the list of information] about the specific food items & what they contain to help you make the right calls for what you can or can't enjoy with us. We cannot specifically cater to any dietary restrictions due to the catering we're using and the large number of people we have invited.
WILL THERE BE A SEATING CHART FOR THE RECEPTION?
No, there will not be. It's open seating, with a variety of tables & chairs throughout the venue.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Only those listed on the inner envelope of your invitation are invited from your household.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS AT THE WEDDING & RECEPTION?
We ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos at the wedding ceremony, to ensure there are no intrusions of our professional photographers. The reception is free game!
